Plan your move in 4 taps
Before you book
A good quote starts with good details. Have these ready when you text us.
- Your move date, plus a backup date if you are flexible
- Pickup and drop-off cities, and the floor or stairs at each
- A rough list of big items: beds, couches, dressers, appliances
- Anything extra: packing, assembly, TV mounting, junk haul-off
Packing tips
Pack heavy small, light big, and label everything twice.
- Books and dishes in small boxes so they stay liftable
- Label the top and one side with the room it goes to
- Pack a first-night box: chargers, sheets, meds, coffee
- Bag screws and hardware, tape the bag to the furniture
Moving day
Clear paths and a quick walkthrough keep the clock moving.
- Reserve elevators or loading zones ahead of time
- Clear hallways, doorways and the driveway
- Walk the crew through what goes and what stays
- Do a last sweep of closets, cabinets and the attic
Apartment checklist
Buildings have rules. Knowing them early saves headaches.
- Ask management about move hours and elevator pads
- Check if a certificate or move-in form is required
- Measure tight turns and doorways for big pieces
- Note the parking spot closest to the entrance
Georgia moves
A move within Georgia still needs a clear route and an agreed arrival plan.
- Share your Georgia pickup and destination details
- Keep valuables and documents with you, not the truck
- Confirm access and parking at the destination
- Share a reachable phone number for arrival day
